Shipping & Returns
All items which are indicated as “in stock” will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 3-5 days for Mask Chains to ship. All items that are pre-ordered will have lead times indicated on the individual product page.
If you need to receive an item before the indicated ship date please email email@example.com to inquire about rush deliveries.
All shipments shipped via UPS will require a signature upon delivery, unless you release signature requirement by stating so in comments on check out page. gemma luxe is not responsible for the damage or loss of any package in which the signature requirement has been released. gemma luxe is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. gemma luxe is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping service. If your package is sent back to gemma luxe for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped within New Jersey.
You may return your purchase within 14 days for exchange only. To send back an item for exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. All special orders, mask chains and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
If an item is damaged within 2 months of receipt, we will cover the cost of repair, but not the cost associated with shipping the item to or from the shopper. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused. If a repair is necessary after two months, we would be happy to facilitate the repair for an additional charge plus the cost of shipping. All exchanges and repairs require prior authorization. Please email email@example.com to arrange the exchange/repair. You are responsible to ship your item to us. We are responsible for the package only after we receive it. We are not responsible should it get lost, damaged, mishandled, and/or stolen before it arrives.
